Zoom Classes

Zoom classes are online classes that are slow paced and easy to follow. Discover the benefits of Qigong and meditation in the comfort of your own home! Both group and private classes are offered over zoom. Routines change biweekly on a month-to-month basis. Seated Qigong routines provide the same benefits as standing routines and are great for those who need a little extra rest or who do not prefer standing classes. Seated Qigong routines are available in private, online, or specialty classes. It's time to nourish your Qi!
