Classes Overview
Class Info
Qigong is a moving meditation that incorporates gentle, flowing exercises, deep breathing, tapping, and self massage to promote a state of wellbeing and relaxation.
Group classes are available in person and online. For the latest information on in-person group classes, please email me at winter@movewlove.com. For Zoom classes, please book here.
If you are a new student, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the required waiver if you haven’t already completed it via our online form. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
Group Classes
Group classes change bi-weekly on a month-to-month basis!
Private Group Classes
Private group classes are perfect for small or large parties, meditation retreats, residential or corporate events, or other gatherings of your choice! Seated classes are available!
Semi-Private Classes
Semi-private classes are for 2-3 people, who would like to take a private class together! Seated classes are available upon request.
Private Classes
Private classes are great for those who desire to move at their own pace, who would like specialized attention, or who need flexibility with busy schedules. Seated classes are available!
